Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the myBilly invoicing platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

myBilly provides a cloud-based software platform designed to help freelancers and independent professionals generate, manage, and track invoices, clients, and payments.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method.

5. User Content

You retain all your ownership rights to the content you upload to the platform (such as your client lists, invoice data, and logos). By using the service, you grant us the right to process and store this data strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall myBilly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.
